A new Slix Girl model search is underway and we’ll be asking for your help soon. Don’t worry, Amanda is not going anywhere! But we have some new products on the horizon and thought it would be fun to mix it up a bit with the models who help us promote them. There will be two parts to the search:


1. Broad search for eight finalists. We’ll be evaluating both amateur and professional models to create an “Elite Eight” group of finalists.


2. Final selection process. We will seek your input on which finalist would best represent the Slix brand attributes of Confidence, Sophistication, maybe a bit Edgy and, for certain, the Sex Appeal that says “If you want a girl like me, then you better Get your Slix on.”

On Saturday, September 25, we will open the doors to The Front Room and everyone at Slix is excited. Not simply because it’s going to be a lot of fun with champagne flowing and all, but because it also marks the launch date of our custom tailored dress shirt line (soon to be available online as well!).

What is The Front Room?
The Front Room is literally the front room of the offices for Slix. It allows a place where we can interact with our local customers face-to-face and where customers can stop in for a custom shirt fitting, grab a drink or check out the full line of Slix products.

The Front Room idea evolved because of three main ideas:
1. To allow us to be more involved with the local community.
2. Better serve our customers and get to know them face-to-face.
3. It would be a fun thing to do.
